Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural networks capable of real-time human-computer interaction.
- Lead the research and development of ethical AI models ensuring bias mitigation and transparency.
- Optimize deep learning algorithms for low-latency environments, including edge computing devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and UX designers.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product releases.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or neural architecture design.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Experience with edge computing and deploying models on resource-constrained hardware.
- Strong understanding of cognitive science principles applied to AI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
