Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models for autonomous agents and decision-support systems.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation neural networks optimized for low-latency edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world hardware prototypes.
- Establish rigorous best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage to ensure responsible innovation.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging trends in generative AI, quantum computing interfaces, and human-computer interaction.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the future tech department.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on production-grade systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
