Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and machine learning roadmap for Horizon 2026.
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives focused on predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Establish and oversee AI governance policies, ensuring ethical compliance and data privacy.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and evaluate their applicability to our products.
- Manage a team of data scientists and engineers to drive innovation from concept to deployment.
- Present technical findings and strategic visions to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic or leadership role within the technology sector.
- Deep technical understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-stakes projects and managing large-scale teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in AI Ethics or similar (e.g., Google AI for Everyone) is a plus.
