Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art (SOTA) techniques in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure data integrity and implement robust pipelines for data processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with distributed systems and high-throughput data processing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
