Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable hybrid quantum-classical algorithms that optimize computational efficiency for complex neural networks.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for quantum-secure data processing.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing (HPC) clusters, ensuring low-latency data pipelines and high availability.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct in-depth research into neuromorphic computing and edge AI integration to enhance our product ecosystem.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and safety protocols.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex scientific concepts into market-ready software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit.
- Quantum Knowledge: Strong understanding of quantum mechanics principles and experience with quantum simulators or quantum cloud platforms.
- Cloud Mastery: Demonstrated experience deploying scalable applications on AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and debug high-performance systems under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
