Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, defining the integration of quantum algorithms with classical neural networks.
- Prototype Development: Design and implement cutting-edge prototypes for next-gen autonomous systems and predictive analytics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite data scientists and quantum engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Risk & Ethics Oversight: Establish robust frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical governance in high-stakes environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and government partners.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended technical problems with limited historical precedent.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
