Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural architectures optimized for quantum processors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-time enterprise solutions.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms that push the boundaries of current computational limits.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the engineering department.
- Optimize data pipelines for high-throughput processing and low-latency inference.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of system stability under extreme workloads.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Systems Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop) and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
