Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with emerging quantum computing protocols.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Translate the company's 2026 vision into technical roadmaps, ensuring feasibility and innovation at every step.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine algorithms to improve computational efficiency and reduce latency in high-stakes environments.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Hardware Engineering) and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of industry trends in AI, quantum supremacy, and neural networks.
- Deployment: Oversee the deployment of models into production environments, ensuring stability and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and system architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
