We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Research Engineer to lead the development of our proprietary generative models and autonomous agents. In this role, you will define the architectural standards for our next-gen infrastructure, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in large-scale machine learning.

Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D strategy for Project 2026, focusing on advanced NLP and computer vision models.
- Architect and optimize deep learning pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer-facing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research to identify new algorithms and methodologies for scalability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Proven ability to publish in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
