Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Technology Roadmap in alignment with executive leadership.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms capable of processing multi-modal data streams in real-time.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Evaluate emerging hardware accelerators (e.g., neuromorphic chips) for deployment readiness.
- Ensure all research adheres to strict ethical guidelines and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning research and development.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large language model architectures.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) is highly preferred.
