Responsibilities

- Lead Generative AI Strategy: Spearhead the integration of LLMs and generative models into core product lines to drive innovation.
- Model Optimization & Performance: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to fine-tuning and production deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical AI roadmaps.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, evaluating new tools and frameworks to ensure our stack remains competitive for the 2026 market.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI deployment is ethical, unbiased, and compliant with emerging regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect systems that scale effectively for the future.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Leadership: Experience leading technical teams and driving project milestones from conception to delivery.
