- Optimize existing ML pipelines for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI research and production.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging architectures and frameworks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data engineering.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade machine learning systems.
