- Innovation Labs: Manage the incubation of experimental technologies expected to mature by 2026.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Machine Learning architectures.
- Forecasting Skills: Proven track record of accurately identifying and capitalizing on future market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
