Responsibilities
- Lead AI Strategy: Spearhead the technical direction for Project 2026, ensuring scalable and robust AI model architectures.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Optimization: Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and computational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define roadmap requirements.
- Infrastructure: Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to support large-scale data processing and model inference.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Tools: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
