Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise applications.
- Define the technical and strategic roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with the 2026 company vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core product workflows and user interfaces.
- Conduct rigorous performance tuning and optimization to ensure low-latency inference in high-volume environments.
- Establish ethical AI guidelines and governance frameworks to mitigate bias and ensure responsible deployment.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, such as quantum-enhanced algorithms or neuromorphic computing, relevant to 2026 trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable machine learning systems in production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, transformers, and generative model architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
