Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Tech Stack Definition: Define and standardize the technology stack, driving the adoption of cutting-edge tools and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and developers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement robust disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with a focus on scalable systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Project 2026 core technologies, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive solutions from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
