Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical algorithms designed to solve complex optimization problems relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the technical migration of legacy AI models to future-proof architectures capable of quantum integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for post-silicon computing readiness.
- Conduct rigorous research and development on quantum error correction and noise mitigation techniques.
- Develop proprietary libraries and tools to facilitate seamless integration of quantum processors into existing AI pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present technical roadmaps and findings to executive stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts, including Qubits, Superposition, and Entanglement.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
