Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate court records, case files, and judicial dockets
- Process subpoenas, warrants, and legal documents with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and court visitors
- Coordinate courtroom schedules and assist judges with administrative tasks
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality protocols
- Train and mentor junior clerks on court procedures and systems

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of court clerk or legal administrative experience
- Proficiency in court management software (e.g., Odyssey, Odyssey FileTrak)
- Deep understanding of Michigan court procedures and terminology
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Paralegal Studies, or related field
- Notary Public certification preferred
