- Utilize case management software for real-time docket updates
- Prepare official transcripts and certified copies with legal precision
- Train junior clerks on court procedures and record-keeping standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Legal Studies or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of court clerk or legal administrative experience
- Mastery of Wisconsin court procedures and legal terminology
- Advanced proficiency in e-filing systems (e.g., CCAP, Odyssey)
- Notable attention to detail with zero-error record management
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure courtroom environments
- Valid Wisconsin Notary Public commission preferred
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
