Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity incident response operations for federal systems in Florida
- Develop and implement advanced threat detection protocols using SIEM tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on federal networks
- Coordinate with federal law enforcement agencies during security incidents
- Design and maintain compliance frameworks for NIST and FISMA standards
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct cybersecurity training programs
- Prepare detailed threat intelligence reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in federal cybersecurity operations
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and threat hunting
