Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity threat detection and incident response operations
- Develop and implement NIST-compliant security frameworks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Coordinate with federal agencies on cybersecurity initiatives
- Maintain compliance with FISMA and CUI regulations
- Train junior staff on security best practices
- Prepare executive-level security briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in federal cybersecurity roles
- Certification in CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in risk assessment methodologies
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, ArcSight)
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Knowledge of CMMC and NIST 800-53 standards
