Responsibilities
- Lead incident response coordination for federal systems
- Develop and implement zero-trust security architectures
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity frameworks
- Mentor junior cybersecurity analysts
- Collaborate with CISA on threat intelligence sharing
- Document security policies and procedures
- Manage IAM systems and access controls
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with federal experience
- CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expert knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and FISMA
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong analytical and threat-hunting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
- Ability to obtain DHS Suitability clearance
