Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL processes to support agency objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions and analytical frameworks.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and anomalies in large datasets.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with all applicable federal and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Proven experience creating visualizations in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a government or public sector environment is a plus.
