Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for federal reporting requirements.
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports to stakeholders and agency leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection processes and improve system efficiency.
- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all data outputs to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government contracting sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
