Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver license applications with 99% accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding DMV regulations and procedures
- Utilize state-of-the-art systems to verify documents and process payments
- Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with state policies
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies for fraud prevention initiatives
- Train new representatives on departmental procedures and customer service standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in DMV systems or similar government databases preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
