Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and license renewals with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide clear guidance on DMV policies, documentation requirements, and fees
- Utilize state systems to verify customer eligibility and process transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding traffic violations, insurance requirements, and driving records
- Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations during peak hours
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive customer information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex procedures simply
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Spanish bilingual certification highly preferred
