Responsibilities
- Process complex driver's license, vehicle registration, and ID applications with precision
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding traffic violations, vehicle titles, and commercial licensing
- Maintain accurate records in state databases and ensure compliance with DMV regulations
- Train junior staff on service protocols and system navigation

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Michigan DMV systems (MVE, MARS, or equivalent)
