Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to support strategic decision-making
- Develop advanced SQL queries and data pipelines for mission-critical systems
- Create interactive visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive briefings
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (NIST 800-53)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions
- Maintain documentation for data methodologies and analytical frameworks
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in federal government data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and R
- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
- Expertise in federal data governance frameworks (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics platforms
- Demonstrated experience with DoD data systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
