Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify security trends and patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for senior leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, NISPOM)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on joint defense operations data projects
- Present findings to federal stakeholders through executive briefings
- Maintain secure data pipelines and implement quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in federal data analysis or DoD environment
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Expertise in statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks
- TS/SCI clearance highly desirable
