Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal compliance datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for agency stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to federal security protocols (NIST, FISMA)
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive briefings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data governance initiatives
- Lead data quality improvement projects for federal reporting systems
- Maintain documentation of analytical methodologies and results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in federal government data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Familiarity with federal data standards (GDPR, HIPAA, CUI)
- Tableau/Power BI certification or equivalent experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with geospatial data analysis (GIS) a plus
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
