Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to support strategic decision-making for government agencies
- Design and implement robust data models ensuring FISMA and NIST compliance
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling for program optimization
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in federal/government data analysis with security clearance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R for data manipulation
- Certification in federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Demonstrated experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
