Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for federal agency stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal data governance regulations
- Create data visualizations and executive summaries for senior federal leadership
- Design and implement data quality frameworks for federal data systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection methodologies
- Present findings to federal program managers and congressional committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in federal data analysis or government contracting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced knowledge of federal data compliance standards (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) or federal contracting (FAC-COR)
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences
