Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and modeling to support federal agency missions and strategic objectives.
- Ensure strict data integrity and compliance with federal standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA, OMB Circulars).
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify trends, patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Perform rigorous data cleansing, preprocessing, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and technical documentation for executive stakeholders and government auditors.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in federal or defense contracting data analysis.
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA) and federal acquisition regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex data into clear insights.
