Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various federal sources to ensure high data integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support decision-making for federal clients.
- Create detailed reports, briefings, and executive summaries for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear business insights.
- Ensure all data processes comply with federal regulations, security protocols, and data governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and optimize data collection methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
