Responsibilities

- Prepare high-level reports, briefing papers, and presentations for legislative committees and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve public service delivery.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for policy innovation.
- Manage data-driven projects to support evidence-based decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government, public policy, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
