Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive federal program strategies aligned with agency objectives
- Analyze complex datasets to produce actionable reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones and compliance
- Manage federal budgets exceeding $5M with rigorous fiscal oversight
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for critical infrastructure
- Represent agency at intergovernmental meetings and stakeholder engagements
- Maintain strict adherence to federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, DHS directives)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years federal program management experience with GS-12 equivalent
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX.gov)
- Advanced analytical skills with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for policy documentation
- Experience leading cross-agency initiatives in homeland security domain
