Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure federal IT systems compliant with government standards.
- Conduct system architecture analysis and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and implement security protocols (FedRAMP).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scopes.
- Document system configurations, code, and technical procedures.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contracting or government IT environments.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
