Responsibilities
- Architect Vision: Lead the strategic vision for Horizon 2026's core infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability for emerging technologies.
- Roadmap Development: Create and execute the technical roadmap for future systems, anticipating trends in AI and quantum computing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level business goals into robust technical solutions.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead POCs (Proof of Concepts) for bleeding-edge technologies to determine their viability for mass adoption.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration to cloud-native architectures and optimize system performance for global scale.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand and implement futuristic concepts such as Quantum Algorithms, Neural Interfaces, or Decentralized ledgers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent certification is a plus.
