Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive strategy for emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced Web3 applications.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research on industry shifts and emerging tech paradigms to identify high-potential opportunities.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts and future visions to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future tech strategies into core product development cycles.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and global tech advancements to maintain a strategic edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, and next-generation computing architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate long-term vision into actionable, executable strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
