Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive strategy for technology adoption and innovation leading up to 2026.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies (e.g., advanced AI, Spatial Computing, Quantum Readiness) to determine their potential impact on our business.
- Strategic Implementation: Lead the architectural planning for major system overhauls, ensuring long-term scalability and security.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-level initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to ensure Apex Horizon remains a market leader in innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), AI/ML principles, and software development lifecycles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and long-term planning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into clear business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
