Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, resilient microservices architecture for next-generation AI applications, focusing on quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps and standards for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and tuning of large-scale machine learning models, optimizing for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a high-tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing. Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust is highly preferred.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines, NLP, and the foundational principles required for Quantum Computing integration.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect complex systems that handle millions of transactions with high availability.
