Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' technology impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum-safe AI, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Adv Fortune 500 CTOs on strategic tech investments for 2026 readiness
- Establish ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Secure $5M+ in grant funding for emerging tech research initiatives
- Curate exclusive industry summits with DARPA and EU Horizon partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Theory, or Futurology (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrable 2020-2025 impact
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on technology singularity or AGI alignment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Top-secret clearance or equivalent government tech advisory experience
- Portfolio showcasing at least two commercialized 2025+ innovations
