Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology foresight framework, scanning horizon for disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify strategic opportunities in AI, biotech, and space exploration
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Design and oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization paths
- Advise product teams on integrating futuristic capabilities into current development roadmaps
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong network within global tech research communities and venture capital
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent professional credential
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
