Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science) on quantum/AI
- Proven track record leading technology roadmaps with $50M+ budgets
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, FCC, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
