Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to translate future insights into actionable strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Establish cross-functional innovation pipelines integrating AI, biotech, and climate-tech domains
- Maintain a dynamic ecosystem of futurist partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and World Economic Forum
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and risk-mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level strategic frameworks with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios implemented by Fortune 500 companies
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-V, cross-impact matrices)
