Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports with quantified risk/opportunity matrices
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Build predictive models using AI-driven data analytics and market intelligence
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present foresight findings to investors, board members, and government agencies
- Oversee the creation of innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 sustainability goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in predictive modeling and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
