Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development cycles
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and impact assessments for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish proprietary foresight methodologies and maintain trend intelligence databases
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or futurist publications
