Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in scenario planning and trend analysis workshops
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for C-suite executives
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University for trend validation
- Design and launch innovation accelerators targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies like Delphi and Horizon Scanning
- Present strategic recommendations to global leadership boards quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or policy planning
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech disruption, and climate adaptation strategies
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer Pro)
- Track record of influencing multi-year organizational strategy
- Experience with UN SDGs and global sustainability frameworks
- Fluency in predictive analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau)
