Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology, sociocultural shifts, and market disruptions to develop 2026 scenario models
- Lead strategic foresight workshops for C-suite executives across healthcare, finance, and tech sectors
- Author whitepapers and trend reports that influence industry policy and R&D priorities
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks using AI-driven analytics and qualitative research
- Present findings at global conferences and publish in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in integrating future-thinking into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in futurist consulting, strategic planning, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analysis (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or government agencies on long-term strategy
