Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable AI architectures optimized for the computing paradigms of 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for our research division, bridging the gap between theoretical AI concepts and production-ready software.
- Research & Development: Spearhead experiments in Large Language Models (LLMs), generative adversarial networks, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all deployed AI systems adhere to the highest standards of safety, transparency, and ethical compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product leads to integrate advanced AI capabilities into user-centric experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on machine learning and AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think long-term and translate abstract technological trends into concrete architectural strategies.
